LG Chem / LG Water Solutions
Breakthrough TFN RO technology by LG Chem
LG Chem manufactures the full line of NanoH2O™ seawater and brackish water reverse osmosis (RO) membranes based on the breakthrough Thin Film Nanocomposite (TFN) technology. Our SWRO membranes with the industry's highest salt rejection can improve water quality by up to 30% and deliver significant energy savings. Our BWRO membranes feature excellent anti-fouling properties for long-term reliable performance and recovery after cleanings.

TFN RO for PFAS Removal
While accepted treatment methods for PFAS include activated carbon (GAC) and ion exchange (IX), they are less effective than reverse osmosis (RO) in the removal of short-chain PFAS and no more effective than RO in the removal of long-chain PFAS. LG NanoH2O™ brackish water RO membranes have proven effective in removing PFAS at various contamination sites in the United States.
