    Highly energy efficient high-pressure pumps for SWRO and water reuse applications

    The Danfoss APP pumps are used in more than 29,000 SWRO plants worldwide, often used at remote hotels and resorts. With a simple design and minimal moving parts, they offer efficiency rates of up to 92% and extended service intervals, making them ideal for diverse industrial uses. Compact, oil-free, and using water for lubrication, these pumps provide environmental benefits and can run in parallel for increased flow capacity. The new APP with ceramics, operates at pressures up to 124 bar.

The iSave is a very reliable and low-maintenance performer.

    For use in corrosive environments, Danfoss offers the robust DST P40I pressure transmitter made of Titanium and with ceramic pressure sensing element. DST P40I is optimized for use in applications such as desalination systems, seawater cooling, and chemical processing. DST P40I has been designed and tested to be highly resistant to continuous vibrations and cavitation in reverse osmosis desalination pump systems.

    MBS 9200 milibar pressure transmitter is designed for use for general purpose applications. It is designed for use in general purpose applications as well as applications within level measurement. The 4 – 20 mA and ratiometric 10-90% signals cover from 40 – 400 mbar as well as bidirectional ranges. The robust design has excellent vibration stability and a high degree of EMC/EMI protection.

The sensor can be equipped with different sensing elements (RTD, NTC, and PTC) and is available with different electrical connections (Cable, Delphi Metri Pack, AMP junior power Timer, Deutch DT04).
